Sòlas is made in our rural kombuchery: a restored barn located on a fruit farm in Nova Scotia near New Ross, set amid the rolling fields growing the very blueberries used in our Sòlas Bliss kombucha. We pride ourselves on using hyperlocal ingredients where possible, and coming up with complex and delicious varieties. A bunch of booch-lovers ourselves with years of experience fermenting beverages, we create the kombucha we’d like to drink!
